Transmission Stations

Fisher regulators are used in gas metering and pressure reducing stations worldwide. We can meet customer specifications with complete gas control systems including pressure regulation, filtration, gas heating, and monitoring. Typical regulators in these stations can reduce pressure from as high as 1480 psig. Slam-shut technology is available for overpressure and underpressure protection. 

Distribution Stations 

Distribution stations and city gates utilizing Fisher products feature pressure regulators with slam-shut technology. A typical district regulating station can reduce pressure from 300 psig to 60 psig at a flow rate of 2000 SCFH. Whether your need is to provide higher relief capacity or increased accuracy at higher set points, Fisher has the product to meet your need. 

End-User Applications and Service Regulators 

For end users, Fisher has a large variety of regulators to meet individual needs. We have high pressure, fast-response regulators that can handle large capacity loads for commercial applications such as supplying gas to furnaces, burners, and ovens. We also have low pressure regulators to handle low flow situations accurately and safely. Also available are extremely accurate regulators for fixed factor billing applications.

Oil and Gas Control Equipment

The D2 FloPro Control Valve and Design D4 Control Valve are designed for oilfield applications with ASME Class 900 rating, Alloy 6 service trim, ENVIRO-SEAL packing, and corrosion resistant paint. Each D2 and D4 is fully NACE certified and has a field reversible actuator. The D2 is available in the one-inch size and is ideal for use as a dump valve on gas separators and scrubbers. The D4 throttling valve has additional safety and reliability features and is available in one-inch and two-inch models.

The D3 FloPro Control Valve is an additional high pressure, on/off control valve that is ideal for use as a dump valve on gas separators and scrubbers. The D3 is available in one and two-inch, Class 900 NPT end connections and two-inch Class 600 raised face flanged-end connections. Like the D2 and D4, this valve has rugged construction details and can be used in low temperature and NACE environments.

The L2 Liquid Level Controller is ASME Class 1500, with two-inch NPT connection, field reversible output, and low bleed relay. It features field configurable vertical or horizontal displacer and is NACE ready. Also available are electro-pneumatic transducers, pressure controllers, and pressure pilots. Caltrol carries a large stock of these Fisher Express products plus a large variety of natural gas regulators in multiple locations for pick up or fast delivery.
