Design CV500 eplug™ Control Valve

Design CV500 is a flanged or flangeless eccentric plug valve valve with reversible metal seat ring and splined shaft. Design CV500 is available in NPS 3 through 12 (DN 80 through 300) , CL150/300/600 (PN 10 through PN 100). The camming of the ball permits high capacity flow, and the valve body (being similar to the V500) gives it rugged strength.

Type 8510 and 8510B edisc® Control Valve

Type 8510B is a multi-class rated flangeless valve for throttling control. The 8510B valve is available in NPS 2 through 12, CL150, CL300 and CL600 (PN 10 through PN 100 compatible). Type 8510B is available with a splined shaft or a double D shaft. Type 8510 is a flangeless valve, with a splined shaft for throttling control. Type 8510 is available in NPS 14 through 24, CL150 (PN 10 and PN 16 compatible). These valves feature an eccentrically mounted disk and a PTFE or 316 stainless steel seal ring.
World area note: These valves are manufactured in Europe to comply with both ANSI and DIN requirements. It is not readily available in North America where DIN requirements are unusual.
