Electro-Pneumatic Transducers -
Type 546

w2115.jpg

The Type 546 transducer receives
a direct-current input signal
and use a torque motor, nozzle
-flapper,and pneumatic relay to
convert the signal to a
proportional pneumatic output
signal. Nozzle pressure, which
operates the relay, is also
piped to the torque motor feedback
bellows. This provides a
comparison between input signal
and nozzle pressure and corrects
errors in nozzle pressure.

Electro-Pneumatic Transducers -
Type 646

w4917.jpg

Electro-pneumatic transducers use a patented converter module that converts a 4 to 20 milliampere input signal to a proportional 3 to 15 psig (0.2 to 1.0 bar) pneumatic output signal. Small size. Vibration resistance. High output capability. Low air consumption.

 Electro-Pneumatic Transducers -
Type 846

w6307.jpg

Electro-pneumatic transducer accepts an electrical input signal and converts it to a pneumatic output signal. The transducer includes a patented deflector/nozzle design that consists of two nozzles positioned so that the constant air flow exiting the supply nozzle. Vibration resistant. Tolerant of dirty supply air.

Position Transmitters -
Type 4200

w4966.jpg

The Type 4200 electronic position transmitter combines Fisher’s field-proven electronic and mechanical expertise in a versatile, accurate instrument that senses the position of a device, and sends a standard (4 to 20 milliampere) output signal to an indicating device. The instrument is available as a transmitter with integral high and low electronic travel limit alarms, as a transmitter only, or with electronic travel limit alarms only.

Trip Valve -
Type 377

w4292.jpg

The 377 Series pressure-sensing trip valve is used for control applications where a specific valve/actuator action is required when supply pressure falls below a specific point. When supply pressure falls below the trip point the trip valve causes the actuator to fail up, lock in the last position, or fail down. When the supply pressure rises above the trip point, the 377 Series trip valve automatically resets, allowing the system to return to normal operation. The trip valve can be top-mounted on a manifold, yoke-mounted, or bracket-mounted to match the application requirements.

Volume Boosters  -
Type 2625 and 2625NS

w4727.jpg

Volume booster used in conjunction with a positioner on a throttling control valve to increase stroking speed. The booster incorporates fixed deadband, soft seat construction and an integral bypass restriction to eliminate positioner saturation problems that can occur with volume boosters that do not have these features. Fast response. Adjustable response. Efficient operation.
